Overview
In-vacuum cables to be used with the VSM19-X and VSM30-X stages. A range of connector options are available to suit the majority of standard configurations when connecting to the SMD4 stepper motor drive.
  • 1.5 metre cables for use with AML VSM19-X and VSM30-X stages
  • Available with a range of terminations to suit your configuration.
  • Polyimide insulated wire suitable for use in UHV
  • Bakeable to 200°C
