If our standard stages don’t fully meet your requirements, AML can design and manufacture custom UHV stages tailored precisely to your application. With decades of experience in making custom UHV mechanisms and multi‑axis motion systems, our engineering team can quickly evaluate your requirements and deliver a fast, accurate quotation.
Our Custom Stage Process:
- Complete the Custom Checklist: Download and fill in the checklist form here. This provides us with the key technical details needed for our initial assessment. Send the completed form to sales@arunmicro.com.
- Application Review: Once we receive the completed form, our engineers will analyse your requirements, constraints, and application environment to determine feasibility. We may have some additional questions to help fill in any missing details.
- Quotation: If the project is deemed feasible, we will prepare and send a detailed quotation, including price and lead time.
- Order: When the order is received, our engineering team will begin detailed design work. We will always use standard stages where feasible, reducing cost and improving availability.
