D-Series
AML UHV-compatible hybrid stepper motors are available in a range of sizes with holding torques from 75 mNm to 1 Nm. The current fourth-generation motors are the culmination of 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of UHV motors; suitable for use in vacuum applications to below 1x10-10 mbar (7.5x10-11 Torr).
