Summer Student

Production Assistant. Would suit a student looking for a full time roll for the summer.

Full time, temporary

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

£10.46 per hour

Arun Microelectronics Ltd, manufacturers of precision scientific equipment, have a vacancy for a Production Assistant to assemble intricate electromechanical parts. No experience is required as full training will be given but manual dexterity, excellent eyesight and the ability to work independently are essential qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of precision sensors and motors in our cleanroom.
• Assembly and soldering of circuit boards.
• Manufacture of cable assemblies working from instruction drawings.
• Preparing and cleaning components ready for assembly.

This is a temporary, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, for the summer of 2023.

Working at our factory near Bury, Pulborough, West Sussex. (Due to the location a car or other personal transport is required.)
